Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This property is located a few minutes walk from the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Amazing Restaurants, Grocery stores and everything that down town has to offer. We are located at the end of the Market street bridge sharing the same property as Walgreens making everything you could need for your stay at your fingertips. No expense was spared in creating this one of a kind luxury property. We are excited for you to experience it!!!
We live close by and can be available in person or by phone if needed.
We are at the foot of the market st bridge that leads to the aquarium. Mezcla Cantina (Best Mexican Food in Town) , Taco Mamacita and Clumpies are all within a 2 minute Walk. First Watch Breakfast, Edley's BBQ and Mean Mug Cafe are within 2 minutes Drive. The Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, Aquarium and The Riverwalk are with 3 minutes drive. Publix and Whole Foods are within 2 minutes Drive and the neighborhood is lively and friendly.

Restaurants, Bars and Grocery Stores are all within walking distance. Everything Down town will be within minutes drive. There is a free electric bus service that picks up at Coolidge Park and has multiple routs downtown if you prefer not to drive.

This condo was very clean and well furnished. Very convenient to the Aquariums, IMax , river walk, parks and resturants. The owner was very helpful.

I’m not sure whether I missed it, but I was not aware that there were 4 different levels from the ground to the top. No worries on my end, but someone booking that may not be able to do stairs. Would need to take this in consideration. Everything else was fantastic!

Walkable to everything. There are a lot of stairs but worked out just fine.

I opened a LKQ Pick Your Part salvage yard here in town and my wife owns a talent agency representing actors and models for movies, commercials and print work. We LOVE Chattanooga!!! The Nature, Food, Culture and way of life is amazing and we cannot wait to share it with you!!! If you are looking for an action packed getaway or a quiet relaxing escape we know just where to go and what to do because we love it all.

When is comes to our style of hosting we like to adjust to our guests. If you would like us to meet you and help plan your stay we are available for you and if you would rather be left alone we will touch base once to make sure you have everything you need and be available by phone anytime if needed. We understand every guest is different and wants different things out of their stay. Our goal is to ensure you have an incredible experience and we are available to make sure you do at whatever capacity needed.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I live on the Northshore and love this part of the city. We bought this property for the location! This is the closest rental to the aquarium in the city! Coolidge park, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you could need is walking distance. We wanted to share this experience with our guests while providing a luxurious comfortable feel not previously found in Chattanooga.
