This 500-square-foot condo has been completely renovated with a large window in the great room - where you can enjoy the TV from comfortable seating. A small modern kitchenette has everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs, and if you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants, with various cuisines, within easy walking distance. The modern bathroom has a lush feel and a stand-up shower. And all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premium linens for your every comfort. Extra perks include air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and cable.

Coffee shops, grocery stores, and boutiques, featuring items that reflect the best of seaside living in one of the best climates in the world are also just a short walk away, or potentially right below you, as this home sits on the top of retail shops and restaurants. You are also not far from SeaWorld and other world-class attractions in the greater San Diego area.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home is located in a loud, upbeat neighborhood on top of retail suites, in the heart of Mission Beach. However, our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
