On the main floor, an amazing spiral staircase sits center stage. Kick back on comfortable furnishings and watch a movie on the 65” smart TV. This window-lined, open-concept space is filled with natural light. Adjacent, a furnished seating area provides additional space to relax. Whip up tasty meals in the chef's kitchen, outfitted with ample counter space, and a full suite of appliances, including a gas range and French-door fridge. There is bar seating for dining or for a larger party, a contemporary dining area.

The Province Lands Bike Trail is accessible nearby, and Herring Cove Beach awaits in a 5-minute ride. Vibrant Commercial Street is close by. Treat yourself to waterfront cocktails and dinner at The Red Inn in 0.6 miles. The Boatslip Resort is a must-visit for their famed happy hour Tea Dance in less than 1 mile. If you're craving fresh seafood, Mac's Fish House is a local favorite, 1.3 miles away.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
