Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Arrived on Sunday both bathrooms were not clean; shower & tub moldy & disgusting, toilets also were not clean. Tuesday cleaners came and did a great job cleaning them. During the tropical storm the master bedroom windows leaked and the carpet was soaked. The condo is nice but the upkeep is not. Would not recommend staying here.

Oceana condo

Excellent location,nice clean unit, awesome view, easy access to the beach! Only problem I had was the doorknob was a bit loose. There were a couple times it was difficult to open the door from the inside. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great condo great location

Very nice clean condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean! Close to everything but not too close to the craziness of the boardwalk. Beach was not excessively crowded in this area either and the pool was nice for days when the waves were too rough for my youngest kids. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!
