Ocean Village #4 is a three-bedroom, oceanfront townhouse in a convenient Mid-town location. The entry level has a cozy sitting area with a double futon and a full-size washer/dryer. The second level features a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a double bed, and a full bathroom. There is a large oceanfront deck with Trex decking and a covered seating area accessible from the living area. The third level features an oceanfront bedroom that has a king bed and a private balcony overlooking the beach. The fourth bedroom is located bayside on the third level and has two twin beds and a deck. Both bedrooms on the third level share the hall bathroom. This family-friendly townhouse has ductless split units for AC/heat units and is close to shopping and restaurants.
This home away from home has been recently updated (2024) with all new ductless mini-split AC units, new windows, sliders, and siding. Also, a newly expanded deck in the primary bedroom.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
