Regatta Bay is the perfect home away from home; located on the 12-mile marker on the Main Channel of Lake of the Ozarks. This unit is on the top floor providing the guests with the most astonishing view of the lake! This condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full-size bathrooms. The property sleeps a maximum of 8 people, the perfect size to bring your family along with you.

The Regatta Bay complex offers a tennis court, pickleball court, playground, outdoor pavilion, and in the summertime two pools.

The kitchen and dining room provide access to private screened in porch, as well as an open-air patio where you can soak in some lake sun. There is a bar area (seats 4) and a dining room table (seats 5), that allows plenty of room for family activities and dinners. A fully stocked kitchen provides everything you'll need, including a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, full size fridge and a standard coffee maker. There is also a propane BBQ Grill available.

Great view

The condo has a great view of the main channel. It’s location is in a quiet complex close to many our of favorite spots. The screened in porch is nice but can get a little warm during the day. Property manager was very responsive.

An Almost Perfect Weekend

Six of us have an annual trip to The Lake. Everyone of us loved the condo. The place was perfect for our needs, especially the screened-in deck. We spent a good bulk of our time out there because the view of the lake was fantastic. The weather was ideal, so we took advantage of it. The kitchen had all that we needed and the bedrooms were spacious. The three bathrooms were great for three couples. However, there was some confusion between the parties that provide the TV service, so we did not have access to a TV all weekend. TV. The property manager tried her best, but to no avail. We truly appreciated her efforts. The fact that we had no TV service really is unacceptable. While we were busy with other activities, when we did retire to the condo we did expect the TV to be working properly. There were the MLB playoffs, Blues hockey, Mizzou football, plus other events we would have liked to watch. We liked the Regatta Bay location, the condo itself, the fact that you let us check-in early, the view and the proximity to many of the locations we wanted to go to, but something as simple as a lack of working TV service keeps me from giving 5-stars. Thanks for understanding.
