The beach cottage Lemon Drop is a two bedroom charming carriage house that feels like your own personal vacation hideaway! (Lemon Drop is the lock off cottage from the main home Mellow Yellow.) Located on the corner of quiet Savannah Street, you can find this home tucked away amongst beautiful gardens and several sandy Seaside footpaths.

As you enter the front door on the first floor, you will find two bedrooms downstairs, (one queen and one with two twin beds), and a shared full bath. Each room is bright white with whimsical artwork, spacious, and has plenty of storage. The shared full bathroom features a shower only between the bedrooms on the first floor.

As you travel upstairs, you will find yourself in a peaceful and roomy open loft apartment area accompanied by another full bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, four burner stove top oven, and there is an adjacent dining table that seats four. Off the open living areas is a majestic open air porch with Adirondack seating and a bench swing overlooking tree top views. The porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee and taking in the views.

“Lemon Drop” is the answer if you are looking for a simple and fabulous beach getaway. It will surpass your expectations! Need more room, the main home Mellow Yellow can be rented as well!

(Entry for this carriage house can be found behind the main home, Mellow Yellow. The lockbox containing the key can be found on a beam next to golf cart parking.)
