About this property

Our home is a beautiful gallery of unique Southwest art collected through the years. You will enjoy the serene comfort of the unobstructed Catalina mountain views from a large private backyard with lots of seating for your needs and grill for outdoor grilling. After a long day you can enjoy the large roman tub in the master bedroom. You will have ample sleeping options with not only the bedrooms, but a queen sleeper sofa, and futon.
The home also has a 3-car garage at your disposal. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and baking needs as well as a wonderful coffee station for your morning joe. Additionally, there is a full-size washing machine and dryer for your convenience, as well as laundry soap.
Your home base for your UNESCO City of Gastronomy. You are in close proximity to some of Tucson's greatest treasures. For your convenience high speed wi-fi is available.

In lieu of a security deposit we are asking that you add VRBO insurance policy for coverage of $5,000 of accidental damage. This fee is only $99.00.

When booking through other rental sites and apps, there have been previous problems in the communication with other sites and VRBO and them asking for a $5,000 cash deposit. WE DO NOT ask for that, only that you pay the $99 for a insurance policy which covers $5,000 in damage.

Good group getaway property

Quiet neighbourhood with good access, nicely furnished with good outdoor space for dining and relaxing with a great view. A happy home.

We very much enjoyed staying at this property, and Alex (and Lisa) were great hosts, very responsive when we had a problem with the lock. I think the instructions for this could have been clearer. The house was very nicely furnished and having the fridge stocked with water and the kitchen with spices, etc. was a really nice touch.

Warm and Inviting - Would Definitely Recommend!

We loved the welcoming atmosphere, location, and amenities of this home. Communication with the owner was great. The beds are comfortable, the decor is lovely, the backyard is a peaceful oasis, and the kitchen is great for preparing meals. There are books in the home for planning your adventures, for leisure reading, and even cookbooks. The neighborhood was quiet - perfect for relaxing and taking walks. It was also conveniently located to many points of interest. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends, and it will be our first choice when we visit Tucson in the future.
