Newly Renovated Kitchen!

A Beautifully decorated 2-Bedroom Condo that is bright and cheery - a place to be when you are on the Beach!

It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room that sits 4 with 4 bar chairs.

The sizable master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with a flat screen tv.

The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with a flat screen TV.

There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

We provide a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

Guests can enjoy the ocean view from the private balcony, southern exposure.

Beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie board/ towels are provided for your enjoyment.

We provide bath towels and linens.

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

Wonderful stay

This property was much more than we expected. The location was great, the condo was very well appointed. With 2 couples staying together it had the right amount of privacy and space for us to be together. I would recommend it and would be happy to come again. Jennifer, the host, was great and answered calls and texts promptly.

Amazing!

This condo was perfect for our week stay in Cocoa Beach! It had absolutely everything we needed to have a wonderful stress free vacation. The rooms are decorated nicely and the condo was very clean. I especially liked the balcony in the mornings to enjoy my coffee before the day started. Jennifer was great about texting me to welcome us and make sure that everything was all set. We will definitely return!
