We picked this house due to it being in Encore and their amenities.
There was thick algae growing in the spa and the pool was filthy. The owner was responsive and had the pool guy out the next day.
When we went to get our wrist bands for the water park, we were told we had no access to any amenities. The owner said that unfortunately there was nothing she could do. I told her she should add it to the listing to avoid this in the future and she did.
Now things you find out when you get your check in instructions. You must pay per day to heat the pool or spa and to use the grill. Due to the confusion with the waterpark the owner did agree to heat the spa for us and allow us to use the grill. The grill is a super cheap charcoal grill that is extremely rusted and in sad shape. When we lit the grill the outside and inside were melting off.
If you will need a can opener or scissors, make sure to bring your own. You are only given 1 trash bag, a tiny thing of dish soap, and 3 dishwasher pods. The panty has been converted into storage and locked, so be prepared to store all your stuff in the cabinets.
The owner has filed an insurance claim that we damaged the grill, and it cost $328.21 to replace. I looked up a Royal Gourmet Charcoal grill (the brand she had) on Amazon and a new one is only $151.49, which she easily makes with her $50 to use it. She is also claiming that we did $870 worth of damage to a wall. She will not respond to me to discuss these claims.
