A rustic-modern cabin vacation home sits on a quiet street with tons of privacy. The back of the house is fenced on undeveloped agricultural farmland.

About 25 - 30 minutes to Yosemite National Park entrance.

Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with 24-hr security. The security gate will charge a one-time fee of $40 per vehicle (up to 7 days stay) for access to all PML amenities.

Dining Room. Brick floors throughout dining and kitchen area. Perfect to host a large family.

Kitchen: White cabinets and butcher block countertop with a farmhouse sink. New stainless steel appliances with everything you need for those who enjoy a home cooking meal.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms with french door access to the Decks

Bonus: Theater room has a 60+ inch HD project screen with blackout curtains. Excellent for a family to kick back with a DVD movie after a long day at the park.

Upstairs Bathroom: designed with one of a kind galvanized tub and
Downstairs Bathroom has a brick shower stall.

Deck: Outdoor deck with Weber Grill that's perfect for a family cookout.
