Needs TLC
This property was not ready when we got there at 3, the host told it will be ready in 20 minutes and it wasn’t 40 minutes went by and I decided to go in and check and she wasn’t done yet she said we could come in but she was going to finish up. The host was cleaning the cabin because the cleaning lady had called in. The microwave was extremely dirty it look like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The description on the cabin states that it sleeps 10 and it doesn’t it only sleeps 8. One of the rooms was suppose to have a queen bed and a futon and it was missing the futon. The host told me there was two twin mattresses in a closet that could be used. Those mattresses are so sold that when you lay on them you actually touch the ground because it’s out of springs. The mattresses on the beds are also worn out, when you lay on them you sink to the middle of the bed. The sink in the master bedroom was stopped up. I was suppose to get a credit because the cabin was not ready and I never received the credit. Additionally they wanted to charge me an additional $500 credit for having an additional 4 people according to them. I rented the cabin for ten people and that’s what we had. The host stated that there was an additional charge for the extra people after 6. I was very disappointed with this property it was not what I expected.
