Hale Hui Kai 310 offers a spectacular setting- the open concept floor plan is perfect- view the ocean while relaxing or preparing a meal in the well designed modern kitchen. The colors & furnishings offer unforgettable ambience. The two bedrooms have comfortable sleeping suites and the spa like bathrooms complete the vacation package. Air conditioning is in the bedroom suites only.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W03562777-01

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time as always! Best location on Maui. Easy, quick trip down to the beach. Condo and grounds were in excellent shape. Management helped out with a mail problem and got us a new beach chair when one of ours broke. Couldn’t be happier!Thanks. All 5s on the below questions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this condo and have returned a few times. Perfect location and our favorite beach! My only criticism would be it needs some carpet cleaning or replacement and upholstery cleaning. Will definitely be back and hope those items improve!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the view, location, and remodeled kitchen and bathrooms are amazing there are some things that could really put this rental over the top. The 20+ year old heavily stained carpet in the unit needs to be replaced and there should be some sort of security on premise to enforce quit hours. Construction was also going on in another unit which was pretty loud. For this specific unit you can hear people going up and down the stairs and next to you in the evening. The view from the balcony is amazing though so you do pay for that premiums location. Overall the entire building as well is a bit outdated and musty and could use a a facelift.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations and location were amazing! We had most of our meals at the condo and the kitchen and supplies were very thoughtful. Condo was an excellent choice and we appreciate the cleanliness, attention to detail and of course that view!
