The first floor master suite features a king bed with quality bedding, a spacious walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower and separate whirlpool tub and direct access to the deck. Pool Access: The private pool (approx 20x40) may be heated for additional charge with 1 week advance notice, but not recommended when outside temps are below 55 degrees. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 31 and 32.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: Garage is not for guest use but there is plenty of parking in the driveway area for up to 4 cars.
