Very disappointing

We have been renting houses, several from VRBO, on St. John for years. We have a fairly good idea of what to expect at difference price points. We are property owners ourselves. This property is a total disgrace. It's falling apart due to long term negligence, wood rotting, paint peeling, patio cushions old and heavily stained, only one tanning bed (the others piled up in a corner broken). Pots and pans had burnt food stains. Leaking shower, missing smoke detectors, pool dirty. I could go on. Property manager was great and very helpful, it's the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourselves a favor and compare this rental to others at the same price point. Hugely disappointing.

Great place!

The house was wonderful and loved that each bedroom had a mini kitchenette and its own balcony. Edward was great to work with and even met us when we arrived so we could find the house.

Unbelievable Views

The property was incredible. All the beds we comfortable, the location is super close to town. Edward the property manager was amazing in helping us get in and setting us up with a driver for the weekend. Will be back!

That view was priceless!

What an amazing stay - from start to finish. The property was better than we expected and in the perfect location to feel like you were in paradise, to go explore, but still be close & convenient to markets, restaurants etc. The perfect place for friends, multiple couples and families. Lots of outdoor spaces to gather together or have some space. Edward, the property manager was fantastic to work with, easy to get in touch with and took great care of us. The home was well appointed with towels, chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, all the kitchen amenities you needed for meals etc and the beds & linens were super comfortable. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return! Thank you for your hospitality St.John! What a magical place!!
