The complex only has forty units total, many of which are not rented. Accordingly, the common areas never feel overcrowded even in peak season. A pool deck area complete with lawn chairs and umbrella tables surrounds the beautiful large pool that is heated year-round. There is laundry facilities on site, and a dedicated parking space along with numerous visitor parking.
