Sea You at the Beach - cozy, elegant one bedroom one bathroom condo 985 square feet the perfect place for a couple to relax and enjoy. Located on the 1st level, one level above ground - elevator available. Sea You at the Beach has fresh coastal paint colors, remodeled kitchen with granite counter top and upgraded wood cabinets, fully equipped with cookware, stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has granite vanity and a gorgeous large walk in shower. The king size bed has a memory foam mattress. This complex has the perfect "backyard", located right on the beach and is a wonderful place for rest and relaxation at Holiday Villas III in Indian Shores and is on the white sandy beach of Indian Shores.
* * * CONSTRUCTION NOTICE * * *

The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project which began in late February 2023 through December 2024. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and exterior painting.

While your unit stack section is being worked on you may not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. There may be noise during working hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm) and with parking adjustments during your stay. The pool will remain open during much of the construction process as will all other access to our amenities.

Holiday Villas III has a large sparkling heated pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment. A shuffleboard court, a Tiki Bar, barbeque grill area and beach volleyball. Pets are Not Allowed at this Community. One assigned parking space is available, parking is across Gulf Blvd, space marked #109. * Minimum length of stay is 7 nights / 8 days per community rules.

Misrepresentation of ongoing construction

Building was under construction and renovation for over a year, some of the units are owned by residence and some are rented, and the owners pointed out how the balconies and a third of the building Edmond sinking and now has had to be restructured and strengthen and they were given no deadline as to when it would be finished and had been going on for over a year when we were there. 7 o’clock in the morning at jackhammer started and shook the whole building and the construction crews were going to be ongoing all week long so we canceled and moved out. Also there is very little parking with only one handicap space and the majority of parking is across the highway , there is only one elevator for seven floors of guests and owners . Before anyone agrees to rent one of the units check out whether all of the construction has been completed which at the earliest is probably another year.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was exactly as shown. Plenty of room for 2. Bed is very comfy. Complex is so quiet.It was too windy for the beach. But the pool was perfect for soaking up the sun and socializing with others. The location is near everything and the trolley is convenient if you don’t want to drive. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely return! Kristin was very responsive to our needs.

Nice condo

Good size condo. Watch the boats on inter coastal water way from your balcony. Takes one minute to walk to the beach
