Can’t wait to come back!!!

Our booking and check in process was a breeze, we needed extra towels upon arrival ( daughters with long hair) and the property manager brought them to us right away. The condo was super fun and colorful the kids loved it, you could find my husband on the oceanfront deck at all hours looking through the binoculars they provided for us. We saw lots of birds and some really neat pods of dolphins… The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There is a beach access just south of the stairs leading up to the condo and a wonderful pool with tons of deck space and lounge chairs, of course with it being December we did not swim however we CAN NOT WAIT to come back here this summer to enjoy the pool and ocean Thanks you for a great mini vacation for my family!!! 10 out of 10

Cute spot - but comes with a caveat

We loved the location, parking, view (amazing) and the communication from the owner (or property manager, not sure who it was, but they were quick to respond and super nice). We had one major issue that honestly ruined our trip. This unit is on the bottom level, and the floor above is paper thin. We heard every single footstep from the people above us, who honestly, never sat down for 4 days. The stomping finally ended around 2:30am most nights. It was more traumatizing than relaxing. I've stayed places where you can hear the people above you, but this was excessive. I was originally going to rate this 1 star, but the last day, the people above us left and we got a few hours of silence and it was amazing. But then the new tenants moved in and that ended, although they werent nearly as bad. Beyond that, we had to handwash all the dishes when we got in, because the previous renters clearly just threw them in the cupboard to get out on time. That was pretty gross. There was also a horrible smell when we walked in, which we found to be an old pizza box left in the oven. So the cleaning people were not on their game. The ceiling fan was black with dust and the couch is broken, and actually hurt to sit in. One day it rained and the water from the upper deck drips onto this unit's deck, rendering most of it useless. You only get a small dry area to enjoy. But we came for view and the beach, and we got that. I would consider renting in the same complex, but only the top floor.

Beach condo

Our first impression was a lovely condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean however it had not been cleaned since the previous renters were there but a quick phone call to VRBO and the cleaning staff was there immediately and cleaned while we had dinner. I did however need to bring my own toilet paper toiletries and laundry detergent as there was not enough for the days we were there. The pool needed a good cleaning and vacuuming and the dumpsters were overflowing so it was hard to get the trash out. Overall it was a lovely stay and any negative issues were minor.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It's situated on the beach with easy access to enjoy the sun and surf. If you choose, it's in walking distance to many fabulous restaurants and the exciting Boardwalk. The beds are comfy and the AC works well to cool the condo on the hottest of days. The interior is well designed and appealing. The balcony is large and boasts comfortable seating for meals, morning relaxation, or simply reading a good book. The responsiveness from the owners and property management team for check in and questions was quick (almost immediate). The information about "what's included" is accurate and I recommend bringing extra bath linens.
