There is a coffee shop and donut shop within a 2 minute drive! AMAZING coffee and donuts!!

This fully furnished home is super spacious!!! While spacious, it also has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with a spacious driveway and 2 car garage. Donuts and coffee shop are nearby!

There are 2 kitchens and 2 dens. This house is perfect for large families. Everyone likes their own space when you travel. This house has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other's company and go off to their own separate corners for alone time.

We are doggie friendly. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog at time of booking. Bring your fur baby and enjoy!

Conveniently located!!!! The location is amazing! This property is 20 minutes from Knoxville, Sevierville, and Maryville. Access to the interstate is 25 minutes away. The activity of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 35-40 minutes away. Townsend is the relaxing side of the Smokies and it is 25 minutes away. You can enjoy all the touristy spots while avoiding the traffic.

For traveling health care professionals, there are numerous hospitals within a short distance. The following hospitals are under a 35 minute commute: Leconte Medical Center, Fort Sanders Regional, University of Tennessee Regional, Blount Memorial Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Fort Loudoun Medical Center, etc etc

There is a deck overlooking the backyard with a grill, table, and seating for relaxing and entertaining. This house sits on .5 acres. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the back yard.

The large and inviting living room has a super comfy sofa and a smart TV with a subscription to Hulu.

The kitchen is open into the living room with a bar for food prep. There is a new Keurig, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with the items you need to cook a meal. The living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering together to visit one another.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large TV. The second bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.

There are three full bathrooms with nice shower heads. The washer and dryer are brand new units.

Bring your small dogs to keep you company. This house is dog friendly. An extra large kennel is provided for you to use for fur baby when you leave the house. A pet fee of $100 per dog is due at time of booking.

Fabulous vacation location

My 4 adult siblings and spouses get together each year, so we need a large (5 bedrooms or more) home, plus some of us have dogs. We have relatives in Knoxville and we wanted to explore Pigeon Forge. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The house is spacious enough for a large party. The owner was very responsive to questions. We will stay here again if we do a sibling repeat in Tennessee.

Family get together for parents anniversary

The House was awesome! Brenda was amazing and replied to all inquiry's. The house is so comfortable and warm. We had several family dinners and the openness of the dining room kitchen living room area is spectacular. We will be staying @ Brenda’s home on our next trip for sure. Also thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. being pet friendly, very important to us as we always travel with our pups. If you did not have pups, you would never know that the house is pet friendly cleanliness was 110% if I could have given six stars for the home I would.

This place was so roomy a seperate place for the teens was great they loved it , didnt have to teavel far for anything, it was just comfortable to be their.I would do it all over again

I have been a teacher at the local elementary school for over 20 years!!! I now manage several short term vacation rentals in the Seymour area. I take great pride in providing nice places for people to stay and enjoy!

Why they chose this property

I want to make Sevier Co. affordable and accessible to everyone that wants to come and visit!! This property is soooo conveniently located! You can get to any tourist definition in a short time. Downtown Knoxville is a mere 20 minutes away! This property is in between Knoxville and Sevierville!! You can't beat the location!! It's also spacious for large parties or cozy for small gatherings. There is a wonderful coffee shop down the street from the house.

What makes this property unique

There is a huge back deck for gatherings!! The downstairs is separate from the upstairs for people that enjoy their space to themselves. There is a small kitchenette in the downstairs as well. This house 2 dens to visit in and 2 kitchens. There are 3 bathrooms for everyone to have private time without waiting in a long line for the bathroom :)

The back yard is a great place for kids to run around and play.
Small dogs are allowed at Haven House. Bring your fur babies!!

The 2 car garage is a very nice thing to have. People with motorcycles really like the 2 car garage.
The washer and dryer are a nice to be able to use instead of going to a laundry mat.

The King size bed in the master, the 2 Queen beds and the 2 full size beds are amazingly comfortable! There is also an additional sofa sleeper downstairs.

There is an extra large kennel for the fur babies to rest if you leave them behind when you head to the mountains!!

This location cannot be beat. You are a few minutes from Chapman Highway. If you go right on Chapman Highway, you are 25 minutes from Downtown Knoxville and Neyland Stadium. If you go left, you are 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains!! If you have business in Maryville, it is also a 25 minute drive. This location is as centrally located as you can get. Plus it's nice to drive away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge to rest each evening.
