Sunny and Cozy Two Bedroom

Cascade Lodge is a 18 unit condominium complex located in Red Mountain Village, a 5 minute walk to the lifts at Red Mountain Resort. Featuring underground parking, in floor radiant heat, a wax room and elevator. Centrally located too; enjoy evening dining at one of Red’s fine eating establishments and participate in all the activities that the Red Mountain Resort base area has to offer.

This sunny, 2 bedroom condo sleeps a maximum of eight persons; the master bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with new linens, a large closet and a 3 piece ensuite, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and TWO twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Once inside your vacation condo, you’ll notice heated floors underfoot, a gas fireplace, and all amenities to cook a full meal and sleep well for a big next day.

Kitchen is fully kitted out for cooking a big dinner after a day on the slopes. 3 person bar seating, and a dining table for 8. Cozy living space with smart TV and gas fireplace.

Other features of this property include radiant floor heat, two outside ground level decks, laundry and lots of storage. There is a communal hot tub in the building for you to soak in after a day of adventure on the mountain.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY

4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.

Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.

Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.

FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE

This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.

Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.

Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

Having stayed at Red for about 12 seasons at assorted condos, alone or with family and/or other couples and friends, this year we (just my wife and I) found this unit quite satisfactory but not lavish. It is showing age in multiple areas though nothing unacceptable. Both bathrooms are small but functional. Walk to lift is doable but a fairly good hike, enough so that we drove to parking lot. There was only one washcloth in the unit (plenty of towels), but management promptly provided more. Garage parking is a plus. The unit claims to hold 8, which is accurate for the provided number of beds, but the 2nd bedroom has a queen plus 2 sets of bunk beds (6 potential sleepers) all sharing a small bath. That may work for a family with a bunch of kids, or adults willing to deal with limited bathroom capacity and dorm like sleeping, but otherwise is more suitable for just 1-2 adult couples. Kitchen was basic and adequate. We’d likely stay there again, but would see what other options are available..

Plenty of space but heating system needs professional help! Perhaps unit could be better stocked for visitors who like to cook in. 25 yrs of ski trips to BC, OK is best description.
