About this property

Our house is located in the Konzen district of Monschau in a quiet location about 4 km from the city center.
In our listed building there are three apartments.
We gave this apartment the name "a Schartmann".
It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is equipped with a kitchen and adjoining living room. There are 4 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate shower / toilet. A sofa bed can be added in two bedrooms.
The apartment has a balcony with garden furniture.
There is enough parking space right by the house.
We are happy to provide our garage for motorcycles and bicycles.
We heat our apartment with a modern pellet and solar heating.
There is a climbing frame in the garden for our little guests.

We all enjoyed our time there. The apartment was clean tidy and spacious. The bedrooms where large and well appointed. The kitchen had almost all that was necessery to cook with.. Perhaps a microwave might have been useful for someone like me who is no expert at cooking. An observation rather than a negative. It would have been nice to have had a couple of soft chairs to relax on or read, Other than that I would recommend ths property to anyone.

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen. Die ruhige Lage ermöglicht gute Erholung und ruhigen Schlaf. Die Zimmer überzeugen durch die Grösse und das jeweils eigene Bad, so dass innerhalb der Wohnung auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gegeben sind . Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist funktional eingerichtet mit Kochmöglichkeit und genügend Geschirr.Der Bereich hat viel Platz für 10 Personen. Bei schönem Wetter ist auch die Terasse recht gross zur Nutzung. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen als Ausgengspunkt für die Erkundung der schönen Gegend.

Hervorragend geeignet für mehrere Einzelpersonen

Die vier separaten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad waren für uns hervorragend geeignet, um uns zurückziehen zu können. Die Küche war als Versammlungsort geräumig und hell, die Dachterrasse himmlisch. Toll war der Standort des Quartiers als Ausgangspunkt für wunderbare Wanderungen (direkt am Kaiser-Karl-Weg) und Ausflüge. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend.
