Entering the home you will find an open concept living area, the family room offers a large sectional sofa, perfect for gathering near the wood burning fireplace. There is a large flatscreen TV and additional seating.
The dining area offers a farmhouse style table and additional seating at the breakfast bar. From here, you can gain deck access, grill on the propane barbecue or sit and relax and enjoy the wooded view.
The custom kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a great meal. With new stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A Nespresso Machine and coffee maker are provided. to the right is the home's master suite with a king bed, ample closet space and a full bath. You also have deck access.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample closet space. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk, ample closet space, PacMan arcade game and a flatscreen TV. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the hallway laundry closet that is available for tenant use.
Home Accessibility: This home has flat parking with only two steps up to the entrance of the home. The two full baths do not offer walk in showers but this home would be ideal for those with concerns climbing stairs.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
