Welcome to Chalet Cervo, a custom built home located near the Village and a short drive to the local ski resorts.

Entering the home you will find an open concept living area, the family room offers a large sectional sofa, perfect for gathering near the wood burning fireplace. There is a large flatscreen TV and additional seating.

The dining area offers a farmhouse style table and additional seating at the breakfast bar. From here, you can gain deck access, grill on the propane barbecue or sit and relax and enjoy the wooded view.

The custom kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a great meal. With new stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A Nespresso Machine and coffee maker are provided. to the right is the home's master suite with a king bed, ample closet space and a full bath. You also have deck access.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample closet space. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk, ample closet space, PacMan arcade game and a flatscreen TV. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the hallway laundry closet that is available for tenant use.

Home Accessibility: This home has flat parking with only two steps up to the entrance of the home. The two full baths do not offer walk in showers but this home would be ideal for those with concerns climbing stairs.

Fines

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Great little cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin very much! It was clean, in a good location, easy to access and had most everything we needed. It's not overly large but feels spacious in the main area and our family enjoyed our time. It got a big warm as there is no A/C but the fans going with the windows open helped a lot. If you are coming during winter season, it is very close to Summit. Overall, we had a great stay.

Wonderful stay in Big Bear

The house was exactly as described - very clean, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. Amenities were top notch and all the finishings were of high quality. Great stay!

Beautiful Big Bear Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was super clean and recently remodeled. The kitchen was fully stocked. There is a large backyard with a hill perfect for sledding. The patio is really nice and has a grill. We really wished there was a hot tub - - but otherwise everything about this property was perfect.

Clean house, tons of supplies, good location

The house is a very clean and spacious, we had an overall wonderful stay. Nice location close to the main drag and fairly close to the village. It is on the slope heading up to the ski area, so walking around the house is fairly hilly whichever direction you head, but that didn't bother us. Gave it 4 stars, but read why below because some of these things may not apply to you. Pros: Very Clean Great location Modern open floorplan, built in 2020 Stocked with everything you need - dishwasher, nice pots/pans, tons of dishware and glasses, kettle etc. Lots of little extras are here - food processor, cutting boards, grater, waffle iron, coffee maker, nespresso with k-cups. Nice back deck with lots of sunlight, grill and seating. Entertainment - lots of board games, also a ps4 with a few sports games. Pac Mac machine - highlight of my kid's trip! Cons: Fragrance - personal preference, all in our party disliked the wall outlet fragrance plug ins that were throughout the house. Strong scent of vanilla and buttered popcorn. We unplugged them, smell was mostly gone the next day or two. The smell upon entry was again very strong. Beds - another personal preference, what seemed to me to be fairly cheap foam toppers on the beds were not much to our liking. Sounds - as with most new builds, the walls are fairly thin and sound travels throughout the house, bring a noise machine if you have an infant. Fireplace -only duraflame allowed, not regular logs.
