About this property

This lovely studio unit is in an ideal locale for your Big Island Vacation. The Kona Islander Inn's central location puts you within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shopping and more. The inn opens up directly onto Alii Drive, the heart of downtown Kona.

The unit has a pleasant island theme with fun décor to remind you of your tropical setting. The bedroom area is equipped with a comfortable, queen-sized bed, 42" flat screen smart TV, AC unit and ceiling fan. Please note: pictures were taken before the new TV was installed. There is also a pull-out couch to provide additional sleeping space. The private lanai has a cozy outdoor seating area to enjoy the gently blowing trade winds while you sip on a cocktail.

The kitchen comes equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, dishes and more.

As a guest at the Kona Islander Inn, you will have access to the complex amenities including the pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. There are coin-operated laundry machines on-site with a vending machine to get quarters. The inn is also located less than 10 miles from Kona International Airport and Kona Community Hospital. Free parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.

Lovely condo

I really enjoyed my stay here -- the condo was clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and had everything I needed. It's in a great location with easy walking to restaurants, etc. I will gladly stay here again on future visits to the island.

Other than an inadequate amount of parking the stay was great. Surprised to find there was not a stove and only a 6 inch frying pan.

Vacation in Hawaii

The condo appeared as advertised. It was clean and cozy, perfectly located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the ocean. The host, First Island Realty, responded quickly to any questions. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Stay!

Perfect little spot for our first two nights on the island. Close grocery for some food, and a kitchenette w all you need. Community grills are nice (and easy to use) Pool and hot tub hit the spot, and a nice little walkway takes you right down to the road with bars and shops. Will keep this in mind for our next visit.
