Cozy with perfect location

This was a perfect place for a couple that needs a cozy spot to stay. Perfect location in the heart of Sarasota, yet on a quiet side street. The bed was quite comfortable. The tiny kitchenette was adequate since we didn't do any cooking. Beautiful bathroom. We would stay here again.

Nicely decorated

Provided coffee, water and soda along with an array of toiletries . Also beach chairs and towels. Unfortunately no hot water though.

Quiet Retreat for a Busy Weekend

I loved the bungalow! This was the perfect spot for us to stay and spend Independence Day with friends! The bungalow had ALL the amenities that we needed for our perfect holiday, very clean, updated shower, and comfortable bed. Thank you and we will see you again.

Nice amenities for a short stay

The unit has a comfortable bed and couch with good TV wi-fi access. Updated bathroom was very nice. Ceiling fans and AC units add to your comfort. I had an issue with the kitchen area which I was assured would be addressed before the next rental.
