Come check out our beautiful property in a 18 hole golf course Resort that also includes multiple pools with a lazy river as well a children splash pad, Resort restaurant, 24 hour man hr security Services.
Our Property includes Cinema that comes with live streaming services to enjoy your favorite streaming services, high-end cable. with as well a 9 speaker surround system.
The backyard has great entertainment with summer kitchen, Heated Pool/spa with a 8 person outside dining area and 55 in TV.

The entire place is accessible for our clients, There is only one room that’s in the garage that we keep maintains equipment there but it is always locked.
But everything from Pool,Spa, Movie theater is space accessible for all our future clients.

Guest is access to the Club house in our Championsgates Resorts, access to the Splash pad, lazy river, as well the golf clubhouse if your party loves to golf as well.

My guest has full access with me to ask me for property questions, food scene options, events to experience with their family.

Championgates Resorts, Golf Course Resort that includes Clubhouse with coffee shop, full restaurant access to full bar, Water park, Lazy river and splash pad for children. 3 Man gated entrance with 24 hr. security service.

It was pleasant

Everything was great except for a few hiccups. We were allowed to arrive early, but the cleaning crew was still there. We were allowed to wait in the gaming area while they finished cleaning, which was generous. The cable was a huge issue, the boxes are very old and need to be updated. Other than that we had a great time. We would definitely book again.

Baby shower dinner

My husband and I hosted an intimate family dinner for our baby shower, we loved loved the house. Our family came over and some didn't want to leave. It was clean had pretty much everything we needed for the weekend. The check in process and instructions were very easy and clear, the pool was warm the theater was amazing and beds were very comfortable. We did hear music / partying from some neighbors but we didn't mind at all. Only problem came from the gate guards not letting certain guests in, we had to contact the property owner who thankfully fixed the issue fairly quick. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful home with fun amenities

Huge house with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms large kitchen, living and dining area. Has it’s own pool and hot tub and access to a large community pool with slides and lazy River. House has game room with video game machines, large projection TV and movie seating. Our 7 and 9 year olds loved it!

very ill-equipped House

This house has great potential, however the Host was less than helpful during the check in process and there were several issues with the house itself. We waited until after our check-in time to receive the gate and house codes to allow us to check in. The house has several issues that need serious attention to match the online description. There was no garbage can in the house at all. The refrigerator was basically falling apart. There were no batteries in the TV remote for the main living room. There was blood on the bed linens in one of the downstairs rooms. There were stains all over the Living Room couch. There was no kind of soap in the house whatsoever as well as no garbage bags, paper towels or any other kind of essentials. There were not nearly enough towels in the house to accommodate the number of guests. The pool/hot tub heater did not work. I would not recommend this house to anyone. As bad as the house was, the front gate personnel were beyond helpful. They went out of their way to help us contact the Host when we had not received our codes for entry into the neighborhood and property and our emails were going unanswered. They should be commended for their diligence and helpful attitude.

This property has 13 beds, means you could sleep 13-18 guest. Property is in Championsgate Resort, the Resort comes with three gated entrances, with 24 hour security that patrol the entire resort. The Resort is 10-15 mins from Disney World Epcot for our guest have an easy access to the park. The Resort as well comes with gym, restaurant, sport bar, Water park including lazy river to maximize your stay.

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of this property the garage converted into an amazing cinema/lounge. you could have 7 guest relaxing watching a movie or live stream any boxing, NFL,NBA, or any other sports you love. With a pool table and two seat bar table to enjoy after a long day out with your family. Carpet as been replace to new super soft in 2022.
