Welcome to the cutest lower unit in an upper/lower duplex. This unit has been completely renovated by my husband and myself and features a brand new kitchen with white subway tiles and floating shelves for a modern and clean look. Kitchen also has new stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are very comfortable and we also renovated the main bathroom! This is 7 min from Olde Town Arvada and only 8 minutes from Regis University so parents can be comfortable and close when they come stay!

In the space, we spent extra time ensuring the kitchen had the perfect layout for your stay. The floating shelves make it feel bright and open and the concrete countertops are perfect for prepping on. The appliances are all new making this kitchen great to cook in.

Off of the kitchen you will find a dining area that seats 4 and then 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter so you can comfortably feed 6! The dining room joins with the living room where you will find a 55 inch smart TV and seating for 4.

The main bedroom has a King size bed, walk in closet, and dresser to store your things. Across the hall from the main bedroom you will find the newly renovated bathroom. This includes a bathtub with newly tiled walls, and also a stackable washer and dryer for your use!

The secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, and is adjacent the secondary bathroom which includes a standing shower. The final space of the home is a common space where you will enter the home. There is an additional full size bed in this room so you can comfortably sleep 6.

Other things to note
This is a LOWER unit in a duplex meaning there will be people living above you. As most basements are, this is not a fully sound proofed space. Our quiet hours are from 10 pm- 6 am, but you may hear people walking above you and moving around throughout your stay.
