Two private offices, one adjacent to the dining area and the other adjacent to the owners suite, make it easy to work remotely if necessary.

A spiral staircase leads to the property’s most unique architectural feature - two rooftop decks, one with a hot tub and the other a fireplace, separated by a large cupola with 360-degree views of the surrounding South Main neighborhood and Collegiate Peaks Mountain range.
