This snowbird-friendly condo has been equipped with everything you and your loved ones could ever need to spend a wonderful and unforgettable beach-cation! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room/dining room, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The ocean view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a brand new king-size bed (new pillows as well) with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a brand new queen bed (new pillows as well) with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two brand new twin-size beds (new pillows as well) and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This snowbird-friendly, oceanfront has its entrance on the second level.
THINGS TO KNOW
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton (at significant discounts to standard greens fees). The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity card fee $112 plus tax.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
