This snowbird-friendly condo has been equipped with everything you and your loved ones could ever need to spend a wonderful and unforgettable beach-cation! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room/dining room, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The ocean view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a brand new king-size bed (new pillows as well) with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a brand new queen bed (new pillows as well) with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two brand new twin-size beds (new pillows as well) and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This snowbird-friendly, oceanfront has its entrance on the second level.

THINGS TO KNOW
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton (at significant discounts to standard greens fees). The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity card fee $112 plus tax.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Ocean Views

This was our first visit to Amelia Island, and even with lousy weather for the first half of the week, we loved it! The condo was wonderful - great location, very comfortable, clean, and perfect views of the ocean. Had all the amenities we needed and everything was comfortable and worked well. Could have happily stayed longer just watching the waves. Would return to stay anytime - highly recommend!!

A nice place to vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place has plenty of seating. A really well stocked kitchen. The place was clean. The only concern was the flying ant situation.

Great place but maintenance technician had an attitude

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were very pleased with our stay except for a couple things: When we arrived on Saturday the TV would only connect to the Netflix account so no local weather or anything was available and I called the company and was told someone would be out by 10 on Sunday morning, he finally arrived at 11:45 as we were eating brunch to "connect the cords" that apparently they checked while cleaning and it worked then but magically didn't when we arrived, we had the same issue on Thursday and the same guy came back out and was plain rude this time accusing us of unplugging the cords. It has always been my experience with dealing in customer service that the customer is always right yet he stood there and called my family a liar and argued with us. Everyone else I dealt with was very gracious except this younger man, and I never did get his name but he needs a lesson in manners and customer service. Also the washer doesn't want to ring all the water of the clothes and the dryer can't handle but 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and a couple pairs of undies at one time. Also, I noticed that there were a lot of window screens on the grounds that haven't been put back on windows. Maintenance doesn't seem to keep up very well with all that needs done.
