Welcome to the ultimate summer getaway spot with heated pool, jacuzzi and infrared sauna, and resort like cabana with firepit! With a resort-like backyard, this home has been designed for the optimal entertainment experience. The kitchen and living room area is the perfect place to cook, dine and entertain, as the space opens out to the patio and pool area. The rear of the property features a guest house with own bed, full kitchen, full bathroom and private space. The back of the property has a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, cabana with firepit, sauna, day bed swing, outdoor shower and outdoor lounge area. The property also includes numerous game with plastic axe throwing at bullseye, golf chipping at green, lawn Connect 4, lawn Jenga blocks, cards, and various games inside. There is enough to do here the whole family and friends will be entertained.

The property is centrally located to Los Angeles. It is close to LAX airport and Sofi Stadium. It is close to Manhattan, Hermosa, El Segunda, Venice and Santa Monica Beach. The house is close to the 405 to easily travel to where you want to go if you want to explore across Los Angeles.

LMU family weekend

We came out for family weekend at LMU. It was really close to the school and my son loved that the property had a hot tub and sauna. The house had everything we needed. There is a keurig for coffee and a pot. The only thing missing was a toaster so that would be my suggestion. We had a great weekend and I would recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

Brett’s place was great and he was so accommodating for 8 adults and 3 infants. The house itself is well appointed with all kitchen essentials, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. The pool and cabana were the highlight of our stay. Brett checked in on us several times and made sure we had all that we needed. 5 star host.

I'm originally from Nebraska, but have lived in Los Angeles for twelve years. I enjoy real estate design and development. I developed and designed this house to be perfect for entertaining and to have a great design for those to enjoy. I've traveled all over the world and I love going to short term rental houses that are functional to enjoy socializing with family/friends. My intention when I designed the house was to do exactly that, so I hope all my guest enjoy the property of functionality and design.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is perfectly centrally located between all the beach towns of Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach. It also is very close to Sofi Stadium and the 405 Freeway to get places quickly. The neighborhood also has a diverse mix of people that are very friendly and welcome to all.

The house is also a close drive to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and all sorts of museums. You can also drive to Malibu, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna.

What makes this property unique

This property really flows well for entertaining. Family and friends can be inside socializing and walk through the slider doors to the pool area. The pool area is full of fun areas to relax and enjoy including: the massive pool, the jacuzzi, the infrared sauna, the cabana with a full day bed swing and fire pit. It also includes a sauna and pool lounge chairs to enjoy some fun. All of the house has been newly designed and remodeled to ensure it includes everything. Every bedroom has it's own smart TV as well. The master bathroom is truly a luxury with a large walk-in shower with bench and the soaking tub is nice to relax and enjoy
