Amazing Views

No one picture can describe the views from this home. Just stunning. The house is warm, cozy and met all of our needs and expectations. The management of this home is fantastic. We checked in, arrived, enjoyed and checked out. No issues, no fuss and no worries. You plan a trip to the mountains to see the mountains, explore and relax. Not one second of our time was spent worrying about the process of the rental property. It was just seamless. What more could you ask for? Everything is easily communicated via email, app or placards around the home. The only issue we had was that the pilot light in one of the indoor fireplaces was out. Took a little extra effort to relight but functioned as expected after that. Everything else was perfect!

Amazing Views!

We had a fun stay at this property, it was cozy and had the best views! Our favorite space was the outdoor fireplace and TV for movie night! Five stars all the way!

Beautiful cabin and fantastic location

This was the perfect balance of feeling like you are in the mountains, but also a quick easy drive to downtown Blue Ridge and other shopping. Neighborhood being gated was a great perk. House and surrounding homes are beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend

Great cabin - difficult location

We arrived to the base of the cabin at night in a 4 wheel drive truck. Out truck and another vehicle ended up stuck precariously in a ditch going up the driveway to our cabins . No one warned us about the very steep narrow and dangerous drive up to these cabins . Tie trucks were unavailable until the next day and all of the hotels were booked . The passengers in the other vehicle stayed the night in a shelter while we decided to hike up the icy path to our house with the bare minimum of supplies . Once to the cabin it was beautiful but the hot tub did not work until late the night before we left . It was very difficult to reach anyone in the property managers office and our voicemails went unanswered . We had our truck towed to the bottom the next day and had to hike up more supplies the next day . Talking to other families that were having to do the save thing ( as the road was not drivable due to ice and snow ). We felt lucky as many of them said that once they reached their cabins that were further up the mountain the had no water no electricity and no gas . Southern comfort rentals who managed this property seemed to manage way too many properties for the people they had in their office and it was very hard for us to get and customer service . They never even acknowledged put problems our troubles . I will never rent a property from them ever again .
