Lagoon condo

The property was very nice & in an excellent location. The only complaint is it could have been cleaner & everyone needs more than 1 roll on toilet paper for a week.

Good location

The location and condo as a whole were nice and within walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants. As far as inside of the condo, the bare minimum was provided. No dish soap, one roll of toilet paper, etc. I understand these items are not guaranteed but something I like to know ahead of time. There was also very limited dishes/pots/pans available with a couple of them still being very dirty and completely unwashed in the cabinets from the last visitors. The stairs going up to the loft also felt somewhat unstable and would not be great for adults or larger people for an extended stay. The shower drain was also clogged and the tub would fill with water during showers.

Worked for us

This condo was fine. The pool is directly in front of the unit, down the stairs, which was nice. It was a walkable distance to the Hangout area that was very convenient for the festival we were going to. We didn't find a beach access across the street that we could walk to, so ended up having to drive to a public beach access. The condo itself was nice. It would have been nice to have a few more personal touches though. It was very minimal what was provided. One roll of toilet paper for a week stay, no soap dispenser in bathroom or kitchen, no sponge or anything to wash dishes (yes, there was a dishwasher, but we didn't want to run it every day), no pot holders or anything for the oven, and there were dirty pots and pans in the cabinets. Also, there were 2 TV's in the master bedroom, neither of which worked. I contacted the host and was told it was a smart TV, but it definitely was not. I think a previous guest must have taken the new smart TV upstairs, because there was one up there. There was a channel guide for cable, but cable was not connected. Just minor inconveniences that we were able to work around. Also, parking is tight, especially if you drive a full size truck or SUV.

Easy and affordable

Condo was cute and fit everyone with no issue. We had everything we needed for the short amount of time we spent in the unit. Only challenge was the spiral staircase and luggage. We had to leave our suitcases on the downstairs floor. And it was tricky going down the stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. One thing to consider with young children as the queen bed is downstairs.
