After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the gorgeous downstairs living area. Mix a drink at the wet bar and gather at the table for four, or relax on the sectional and watch the 55” TV. The sofa pulls out to reveal a full-size bed. Huge glass doors open right onto the Intracoastal Waterway, where a patio has lounge seating for six, as well as access to the private dock. Upstairs, the main living area is furnished with a comfy couch and another 55” TV. The room opens to a covered balcony, where a dining table for six offers more lovely views of the waterway. The sleek kitchen features white granite countertops and a center island. Gleaming stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher and electric stove/oven. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with six upholstered chairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
