Welcome to Doonie's Dunes! A lavish oceanfront retreat for the ultimate Gulf Shores getaway, this 7BR/6BA house, built in 2015, boasts a large deck with a splash pool and a personal boardwalk from the house to 100 feet of private beach. After a day in the surf and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then whip up a meal in the spacious kitchen, which features a double oven, two refrigerators, a double dishwasher, and seating for 22. Gather in one of the living areas for a movie or watch the sunset on the giant deck.

This beach house has a plethora of living space to gather in. Enveloped by ocean views, the first-floor living room provides a sofa and a 64-inch TV with a Blu-ray player. The second-floor common room offers stunning seaside vistas, a 55-inch TV, and a DVD player. The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including two refrigerators, a double sink, double ovens, and double dishwashers. Perch at the kitchen bar or make yourself a beverage at the wet bar, complete with a sink and icemaker. Gather around the farmhouse table with seating for 12. Bar seating for eight is available, and two additional at the high-top table.

One primary bedroom boasts a king bed, sofa bed, private balcony, 40-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Two additional suites have king beds, 40-inch TVs, and en suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Three of the bedrooms provide queen beds, 40-inch TVs, and beachy views. One bedroom on the upper level includes three bunk beds: one is a full-over-full bunk and two are twin-over-twin bunks. This room also contains a 40-inch TV and storage under the bunk beds. On the first floor, you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a half bath. The upper level has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Outdoor adventures abound along the Alabama Gulf Coast. Offering a peek at the world of the native bottlenose dolphins, Orange Beach Dolphin Cruises are both educational and fun for the family. Gulf State Park offers Segway tours through The Backcountry Trail. Never driven a Segway? No problem. Licensed operators will give your group a lesson beforehand. Dine out at local favorite LuLu’s Gulf Shores, a festive waterfront restaurant with seafood, drinks, beach activities, and nightly music.

No events or parties are permitted.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: The cameras are in the parking area and only facing the entry points from the parking area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
