This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom provides a king-size bed, patio access, and a Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a Roku TV. The second bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Leisurely days are enjoyed in the backyard oasis, complete with a screened lanai that has a heated pool (up to 5’-deep), spa, and ample loungers for sunbathing.

Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy delicious alfresco meals at the table for six.

The large yard is perfect for lawn games. In the evening, sit around the wood-burning fire pit.

A lovely array of dining and shopping options can be found within a few minutes of home. Cape Harbour is just 5 minutes away for additional attractions as well as water sport rentals.

Use the tennis rackets to practice your serve at Southwest Tennis Courts, situated just 5 minutes away. For sunny days by the water, head to Yacht Club Public Beach (15 minutes) or Four Freedoms Beach (10 minutes).

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
