Inside, the 1,604 square-foot floor plan features high ceilings soar in the stylish living room. Settle in on the plush sectional while your favorite shows play on the 50” TV. Another sun-soaked living space is furnished with a pair of sofas and offers views of the pool and pond.

Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the modern kitchen. Keep the chef company while seated at the breakfast bar. Share home-cooked meals at the dining table, or gather at the glass-top table in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, which also features a 50” smart TV. The en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity.

The pool enclosure was temporarily replaced with a legal four-foot high fence.
This home requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within three days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
