The Towers is an oceanfront property at 29th Street in Ocean City. When you're not swimming in the on-site pool or lounging on the beach, you'll be two blocks from the north end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, across Coastal Highway from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within blocks of popular restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and nightlife.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

The location was great with ocean view and short walk to the beach. We never did receive our parking pass. It would be nice to offer guests a couple of extra throws for the couches and blankets for the bedrooms. Also some liquid soap not just in kitchen, but bathrooms as well. Maybe some basic spices for people who want to cook. We ran out of toilet paper and laundry pods and had to purchase. There should be a stock for guests to use, not just a couple rolls…but enough for a family. Great to have washer and dryer to use. All in all a good place to stay for the price.

Deserves three and a half stars

The view when you walk into this property is absolutely amazing. You are right on the beach. I give this property three and a half stars, however, because the check-in process was deplorable. We could open the front door with an eleven-digit code. But, we had trouble opening the lock box where one may access the key to the property, and the Vacasa service was useless. Don't get me wrong, the Vacasa rep. answered the phone,..they just didn't do anything. I was waiting for someone to come out and get the key for me, but no one showed up. Also, be sure and get a clear response about where *exactly* the valuable parking permit is located. There are signs everywhere that cars without a permit will be towed, etc...When texting about where to access the permit to put in our vehicle, the Vacasa rep simply said that it was "in the property" or "in the drawer". Very vague. I put all of this in my review on the Vacasa website, but of course, negative reviews are categorically deleted. Enjoy your stay, but be prepared for a check-in is a pain.

Beautiful view

The condo was lovely. Spacious and decorated well. There were some challenges with getting the lockbox code, and access code but overall things were good.
