Hop aboard the complimentary trolley and discover a wide variety of nearby activities and entertainment options including boat tours, kayaking, and art museums. After enjoying the sunshine and sand at Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island, park in the provided spot right in front of the unit and relax in the cozy living area equipped with a charming electric fireplace.

This two-story townhome features cool tile flooring, an electric fireplace, recessed lighting fixtures, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The open floor plan allows for relaxed entertaining, and the 65-inch TV is visible from every part of the first floor. Kick back on two recliners to watch your favorite shows or lounge on the queen sleeper sofa. Whip up tasty vacation meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. The dining area has ample seating, with a kitchen bar for three and a dining table set for six. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and 32-inch TV. Step out to the private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze. A spacious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, a 32-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath in the downstairs living area provides added convenience. Spend leisurely mornings on the private balcony with views of palm trees blowing in the wind. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and assigned street parking for one vehicle directly in front of the unit.

Your retreat is a 10-minute walk to the downtown River District. The Sidney & Berne Davis Arts Center, Centennial Park, and Look Out Pier are all within a short stroll. The seasonal and complimentary River District trolley also picks up right outside your door. Walk 10 minutes from the unit in the other direction, and you’ll find the historic Edison and Ford Winter Estates. Pick up groceries at the nearby Publix. Time your visit right and check out the seasonal Art Walk that takes place on the first Friday of each month. Take your pick between beaches and state parks within a 20-mile radius. For a fun day trip, pack a picnic and head to Fort Myers Beach or beautiful Sanibel Island - both within a 45-minute drive. Venture 90 minutes to lovely Big Cypress National Preserve or head to Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve to spot local wildlife 20 minutes away. Planet Fitness is located two-and-a-half miles away on Cleveland Blvd. There is also a gym called Custom Fitness located on the south-side shopping strip within walking distance from this condo for guests interested in hiring a certified personal trainer during their stay.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
