Located just two miles north of the spectacular Jordanelle Reservoir at the base of Brown’s Canyon, the newer Black Rock Ridge development brings it all together: Affordable town homes and condos, excellent proximity to Park City’s endless activities and outdoor attractions and stunning mountain and valley views. With historic Main Street Park City just a five-minute drive away, and downtown Salt Lake City barely over thirty minutes beyond, residents of Black Rock Ridge simply have it all at their ski tips. This luxury, 3-bedroom 2.5 bath condo is seasonally priced and provides an excellent vacation opportunity for one or two families.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, all with a modern contemporary look and feel.
In addition to 3 bedrooms, two aero beds have been provided for additional sleeping space.
The private theatre room, complete with its own popcorn machine, seats 12 comfortably and provides for great movie watching on the days off from skiing.

Access to running and biking trails from Black Rock Ridge is second to none. Visit the newly finished Black Rock Mountain Resort for dinner or evening bar activities, just a short walk away!

Lovely condo

This condo is amazing, beautiful and spacious. We had a wonderful time watching movies in the theater room. It was a short drive to ski slopes and the garage made it easy to store ski equipment.

Great place for family getaway

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly as the pictures show- modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans, etc. which was great since we cooked most meals ourselves. We were able to seat 9 comfortably for an extended family dinner. If you plan to cook/eat at the property, please be aware that you will need to provide virtually all condiments.

Amazing!!!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The house is beautiful, brand new, and well equipped. Check in was very easy, we were welcomed to a very clean home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking big group meals, the theatre room is huge, and as we were staying over Superbowl weekend was a nice bonus to have to watch the game. The management company was extremely responsive, we called about a coffee maker and a few extras towels, and they were at the house in a few hours with a brand new in the box coffee maker and a large stack of towels. The location is great, only about 15 minute drive to canyons or park city resort parking, and an Uber downtown during normal hours is under 15$. Highly recommend staying here, and very much look forward to our next trip.
