Modern villa 3220 sq Ft single story totally remodeled and upgraded with water softener, pool, updated kitchen. Situated on large lot, this house is perfect for a group coming to Vegas. Custom kitchen with large island opens to a great room with an 85 inch smart TV. Huge Bedrooms2 masters with walk in closets. Located in a secluded estate type neighborhood thats only minutes from the strip and Chinatown!

This home has: 1 King bed and day bed, 2 Full beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 queen beds. 7 total beds!

Solostove fire pit! Lawn games and picnic table.

Pool/spa heating is available at $100 per night (minimum of 3 as it takes a few days prior to heat the pool to temperature).

Excellent stay we have

We had a great time . The location is so good to reach Las Vegas strip and all restaurants on Spring Moutain road. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The beds and bathroom are super clean. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
