We know you’ll be calling this beachside home, “My Happy Place” in no time! With an open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, large kitchen, easy beach access, and room for up to 10 of your favorite people, there’s a lot to love!

2nd row with great Gulf views, you’ll feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Vaulted ceilings, nautical decor, and cool coastal color palette invite you to sit back and stay awhile. The wall of windows and skylights keep it bright & airy and take full advantage of the beach view. Cook a family feast in the fully-equipped kitchen and shake up your favorite drinks at the wet bar. Gather for meals around the breakfast bar or dining table that seats 6.

Everyone can sleep in as long as they want with three private bedrooms. The queen bedroom and bunk room are both on the main level. There’s also a laundry closet with full size washer & dryer, as well as a jack-and-jill style bedroom that opens to the hall and queen bedroom.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a desk, seating area, en suite full bathroom, and private deck. It overlooks the main living area, but has shutters for additional privacy. For quiet reading days and game nights, the hallway outside features a board game and book library.

Listen to the waves and soak in the breeze from your choice of four different decks. Each boasts plenty of outdoor furniture for the whole family. The ground level patio has a charcoal grill to barbecue fresh Gulf seafood, and a rinse station to clean off the day’s sand and saltwater.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Great home on the beach!
The home is very comfortable and easily hosts two families. It is the second home from the beach, so going to the beach is very easy. Wonderful balcony porch overseeing the ocean.
