About this property

There are discounts for 7 days and 30 or more days of rent.
NON-SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED!

The Master bedroom will be available for the first 2 guests.
2nd bedroom _ Queen size will be available for the 3rd guest or per request.
4th bedroom _ Two Twins size will be available with a minimum of 3 guests up to 6 guests or per request.
3rd bedroom _ Full-size Bunk bed will be available per request or needed.

The extra bedroom (unused bedroom) will be locked.

Kitchen/Dining: Full set of appliances with double sink. Includes dual Keurig coffee pot, air fryer, rice cooker, and plenty of seating for all. There are plenty of cooking pots and utensils for the cook at your party.

Living Space: The TV is equipped with a Roku in guest mode to allow you to walk your favorite pay services, knowing they will reset when you leave. Much free content is also available.

Internet: We are providing 1GB Fiber Wi-Fi - included (Ethernet available in the office)

Outside: There is a back patio with four seating and beautiful landscaping.

Community: The community has an outdoor pool and playground (Pool requires keycard, with deposit. Ask owner)
Community Pool is located at 410 Navasota Dr. and is open from March 5, 2022, until October 28, 2022. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool daily hours are from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.

We waived our Management fee of $10/night for all our guests.

***Texas, Bexar County, and San Antonio City required us to charge Hotel Occupancy Taxes:
Rates: State 6% + City 9% + Bexar 1.75% = 16.75%
***There would be no Hotel Occupancy Taxes for booking for 30 days or more.

Clean and comfortable

This was a wonderful home for a weekend stay in San Antonio for our family. It was spacious, very clean, and kitchen was very well equipped. We didn't use the pool but it looks like a lovely community pool and is within walking distance from the house. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area for convenience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in San Antonio

Quiet neighbourhood and spacious home makes it ideal for family or work travel. Internet is fast. Huge kitchen and dining room with seats for 10 plus visitors. Well equipped kitchen. No carpets makes it very clean and sanitary. Laundry is top notch whirlpool and works well. Only cons would be no shower kits. It’d be convenient for business travelers if they didn’t have to pack liquids using carryon luggage only.
