Located just across the road from Willapa Bay, the Cottage by the Bay is central to all the best coastal action in Ocean Park. A five-minute walk will take you to the Willapa Bay Interpretive Center, where you can learn local history or study the estuary and its wildlife right on the water's edge. This home is also walking distance to the Port of the Peninsula and multiple seafood restaurants, and a short drive from the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge. Once your day's adventures have ended, return to the historic Cottage by the Bay and enjoy relaxing in the ample outdoor garden or cozy up in the living room for a well deserved movie night. Originally built in 1890, this home has been updated with modern kitchen appliances and heating throughout.

Peaceful cottage

This older house has been renovated as a cute cottage, although the neighborhood left a little to be desired. Our stay was very peaceful and the cottage was well furnished. Cottage works best with a small group, 3 of us were plenty for the space. The area has some rich history.

Very clean and cozy. Had a quiet and relaxing few days. The neighborhood was very quiet. Great view of the Bay.

Great ocean stay !

Had lots of fun, the beaches here are better than long beach (less crowded) very cute and tidy dwelling. Definitely need to check out jacks country store while in town. Only complaint is that there were a lot of air fresheners in the house and it was a bit much.

Lots of Bay activities.

This property is very well maintained and perfectly situated to be close to all the oyster activities on the bay with wonderful view of ever changing tides. Although some of the neighboring properties were in disrepair it didn’t affect our stay at all. The beds are comfortable although are quite squeaky. Although it can sleep 6 people in 3 beds with one room much more private than the other 2, there was only comfortable seating for 4 people and 3 bar stools at kitchen counter. There are also only 3 wine glasses but lots of regular glasses and sufficient cutlery and crockery for 6. The hard rain on the tin roof lulled one to sleep although ear plugs may be a good idea if you need quiet to sleep. We enjoyed walking to the ocean side with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Overall a great rental and most enjoyable quiet vacation for my wife and I.
