The seating area boasts a cozy seating area with two sofas, a side chair, and a modern TV console. The well-equipped kitchen has a beautiful backsplash and comes with all the essentials, including pots, pans, utensils, and extras such as a wine fridge, adding to your luxurious vacation experience. Besides the island bar seating, there is also a stunning dining table with a charming coastal touch.

The primary bedroom has modern coastal furnishings, a sliding door to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third and fourth bedrooms have beach-themed decorations and easy access to two updated hall bathrooms with walk-in showers. Additionally, there is a bonus room with two bunk beds to accommodate extra guests. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The free island trolley stop is a two-minute walk from your doorstep, allowing you to explore all seven miles of Anna Maria Island paradise, including the unique shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue and secluded Bean Point Beach. 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
