Start your days on the deck thanks to the deck access from every bedroom. Feeling the Gulf breeze blow past and listening to the birds chirping will become a favorite morning ritual during your stay. A queen bedroom on the main level is perfect for guests who don’t like stairs. The primary king suite is on the upper level and has an en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub. A king bedroom is down the hall, with its own full bath (shower only). PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Nice, in need of TLC
The Water House is Nice, but it needs some maintenance. It was clean, but very stayed in. Carpets had lots of stains. Shades had stains, a couple were broken, and they were thinner than paper. The ceiling fan and light were malfunctioning in the 2nd floor guest bedroom. There were scuff marks on several lower walls and base boards. The neighboorhood is nice and safe, the convenience to the beach is unbelievable. With a little maintenance the Water House could be Spectacular.
