Welcome to Ocean Overlook, a six-bed five-bath Navarre Beach home sitting just steps away from the sand. This spacious home sits on the bay and includes a private pool.

The sunny living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen will have you living the good life in no time. There is also an additional living area with balcony access, a pool table, large flat-screen TV, and a desk area. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and professionally furnished.

Outside you will find a grilling area with seating, a sandy side yard with bay access, and a beautiful in-ground pool with a sundeck.

When you are ready to try something new, check out a local ecotourism spot like the Gulf Islands National Seashore, or the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. There are also places up and down Gulf Blvd to rent kayaks and paddleboards. You will find dining options on Navarre Parkway and by the pier. You are not far from Pensacola Beach as well, If you are looking for something new.

Great vacation rental

This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this location. A new pool filter has been installed. The result - beautifully clean pool. On top of that, the location is fantastic. The quick access to the Santa Rosa sound for paddle boarding or fishing. Access to the gulf is a short 5min walk to a near private beach. Absolutely beautiful white sands. Well stocked kitchen and new outdoor grill. Great vacation location. I'd recommend 2wks if you can, to fully relax and unwind.

Very happy with our stay!

In all we were very happy with our stay. The home goad everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well appointed, beds and furniture was very comfortable, the pool was very clean and nice. We had one issue with a ceiling fan not working but made a call and was fixed within 20 mins. The only negative was the floors were very dirty in the house. Everything else was very clean and nice.

Private Pool filthy

We rented through VRBO but later found out that the house was managed by a rental company, Southern Vacation Rentals. We were told to text 24/7 for any problems. What a joke that was. We checked in and found we had no internet, no tv service and the private pool was filthy with algae and it was green!

House not suitable for older adults

This house has ONLY a small spiral staircase connecting the two living floors. There are accommodations for 12 on the first floor while the upper floor has the kitchen and two bedrooms accommodating a total of 4 people. Anyone over 6 feet and 250 lbs is relegated to the outside (rather rickety) steps. If you have older individuals this is NOT the place for you. It is difficult to get suitcases and groceries up three flights of steps since there is no dumbwaiter, elevator or interior staircase.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Our family had the best week at this amazing property! We are already looking to book it next year for our family vacation. No detail was left out. The property was amazing, clean, accommodating. The property management was so helpful and responsive with questions. The kids were able to fish off the back of the house, play in the pool and venture across the street to the beach. The house is a gem! So many memories were made this week. We will definitely be staying here again!
