THE SPACE
The space has been beautifully remodeled with high-end finishes and every upgrade you could ask for. We have also tastefully furnished the place with a bold modern theme in mind.

Although this unit is similar to a townhome, it is very secluded and comes with a large yard and a private patio area! On the patio, you will find a large patio table that can be used for outdoor dining! There is also a new propane BBQ grill available.
Smoking is not allowed inside but the patio is a great place to smoke cigarettes, vape, or enjoy Colorado's finest recreational marijuana. We have added a patio heater to ensure maximum comfort for guests.

Looking to work hard and play hard? A desk and office chair are provided, great for those looking to work from home/remotely.

Up to 4 guests are preferred; a king-sized bed and a sleeper sofa are available. If more than 4 guests plan to stay at the property please notify us prior to booking and we will approve additional guests on a case by case basis.

GUEST ACCESS
The space is accessible via keyless entry via the north-facing entrance! The door code will be sent to you prior to check-in. To enter, first touch the touch screen to turn on the keypad, press the two illuminated numbers and lastly, enter the code to unlock the door. When leaving the unit, simply hit the lock button to lock the door.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Both teal-colored doors will give you access to the property but the north door is equipped with keyless entry. Please use that door upon check-in.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning or on Wednesday.

Everything we needed

This beautiful fourplex was just perfect for our stay to visit with our two sons. The place was clean and new. Location was situated between our two sons homes. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property it had everything we needed and more for our stay in Denver.

This property was located perfectly close to everything we needed. It was clean and felt just like home. We enjoyed all the details put into the home. The check in process was easy and the host was very communicative and responded very quickly. I can’t recommend this place enough we enjoyed our stay here!
