Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great stay but not great housekeeping service

We loved the location. Everything was great but the floor could have used a mopping. My grandson’s feet were black after minutes of just having a bath. Also there was something weird on the bedroom sheets under the pillow. It looked and felt like melted wax? And some of the towels looked like they had not been washed. Like I said, everything about the accommodations were great but the housekeeping service could do much better.

Vacation stay

Everything was great except there was no cable service for the TV and we had to call to get the wifi information. It would have been helpful if the wifi information had been provided at check in and there had been cable. The TV only had four channels available.

Wonderful Place !!

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The price was the best I found and MUCH cheaper than a hotel room with two beds , a microwave and mini fridge. We will 100% be coming back to stay at this place and we look forward to it very much!
