Cottage 1-2 - 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath End Unit

This is the 1st in our set of 4 connected Cottages. It is a Double End Unit closest to our entrance & Main Street for easy access. Featuring 2 Bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed & 2 Trundle Single Beds). There is a loft suitable for children accessible by ladder upon request at no charge and an electric fireplace. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults & 2 Children with the Loft. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee. We have a strict no aggression policy.

Wonderful!

Was so happy to have early check in. Very cute accommodations and had everything we needed. The only thing that we didn’t expect was to be so cold at night. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed the kitchenette (even though it was small and a bit outdated). Location was very convenient. It was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our vacation.

Wendy and Melissa are from the area and have always loved spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We believe in providing the kind of experience we would expect as guests. We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. Of course the safety of our guests is paramount so no aggressive pets will be tolerated.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.

We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, kayaks, bicycles, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries.
