About this property

Summary:
Welcome to our gorgeous waterfront unit. Recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath single story home located about a mile from the beach and only 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Dock your boat for no charge when you book our unit (please confirm with host regarding dock availability as it's first come first serve).

The Space:
This home is a single level duplex with two units. This unit (Unit N) is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, while our other unit (Unit S) is a 3 bedroom/2 bath. Each unit has 2 free parking spaces and their own side of the yard with outdoor furniture; however the dock is a shared space.

If you are interested in renting the entire home please message host to see if both units are available at the same time for needed dates.

Our unit provides our guests with many amenities including linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys for kids, private washer/dryer, waterfront views, pack and play with sheets, portable high chair, a steamer, designated work space, Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, outdoor charcoal grill, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also provide a few starter items for our guests such as 2 small individual coffee packets and filters, small shampoo/conditioner, soap, a new sponge, garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Getting Around:
A rental car is recommended as there are so many amazing things to do in South Florida; however, Lyft and Uber are available as well.

This property was nice and clean. It had a nice view and in a great location. The host was friendly and responded to any questions in a timely manner. My family of 4 felt comfortable, safe, and enjoyed our stay. On our last night there though, the unit next door had dogs and they were barking in the evening throughout the night and we couldn’t get any sleep. Other than that, we had no complaints and would recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

Loved our stay!

We were in town to visit some relatives- this home is in a perfect location- quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Lauderdale. Pristine condition with new appliances. Jaclyn was very responsive and helpful. It’s a duplex so you risk noisy neighbors, but everyone seemed to respect the quiet hours that start at 10pm. We loved our stay!!

Clean, Fresh, and Great Location

Jaclyn is the greatest host. We needed a few extras that she was glad to arrange. The location in FLL is perfect. Pleasant mornings and daytime sunshine. All of the accommodations we could have possibly wanted. Nobody will be disappointed with this rental and location.
