Nice Place

The property should be listed as a studio apartment and not a one bedroom. There is no separate bedroom. It is perfect amount of space for one person. As it is all in one room it is hard for more than one person to move around. It was very clean, close to everything on Daytona Beach strip and David was very personable and helpful with anything we needed.

OK place

No cable TV, Toaster oven pictured was missing. Not much on ammenities. 1 small coffee packet enough for a cup. ( We had a 4 night stay) 1 hotel size shampoo. No paper towels or kleenex.Lighting very poor. Positive, the owner was very responsive, my understanding is that since storm....internet has been sketchy.. Currently many things are under construction.

There was hurricane damage to the sea wall which wasn't mentioned. It affected access to the beach

Review

It was a very small place. Smaller than most hotel rooms. No bedroom. Just one bed up against the wall which folds down. Only one wash cloth in the bathroom for our showers. Nothing to clean dishes or dry them with. Just rinsed them off. The place was clean and in good shape.

Great location

Good location on beach . Great accomodation for sleeping. Small but worked fine. How ever coffe pot had mold in it. Had to walk across street to get coffee. Nice pool and pool area. Great place to watch sunrise
